Elizabeth Polson-Galloway ARAD
RAD RTS, Diploma of Dance (Distinction)
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment

Elizabeth is the Principal of the Academy and is highly regarded for her teaching and technical coaching.

Elizabeth attended full-time dance training with Tanya Pearson and John Byrne at Sydney City Ballet and achieved her RAD Advanced 2 Executant Level. She became a registered RAD teacher founding La Vive Classique Academy of Dance in 1985.

To further enhance her teaching registration Elizabeth completed the Diploma of Dance in 1996 majoring in history of dance and anatomy.

Elizabeth has been teaching HSC Dance since 1993.

Ashleigh Olsen ARAD, RAD RTS

Ashleigh began her classical ballet studies in Zimbabwe with Pat Stirling, an International Graded and Vocational Examiner for the Royal Academy of Dance. Ashleigh was a member of the National Ballet of Zimbabwe for 13 years and danced in numerous seasons with them being exposed to various choreographers and productions. She taught the junior company for the National Ballet and choreographed ballets for them.

Ashleigh has managed her own dance school and has been a qualified teacher for 11 years, having taught all ages and levels. She has also taught in Yokohama, Japan and in the UK coaching and entering children into examinations.

  
 
   
 
   

Heidi Fitzpatrick

Heidi teaches Jazz, graduated in 2003 from Brent Street Performing Arts, Sydney. She holds RAD Advanced 2 level. Heidi performed in musical productions in Sydney and has taught overseas.

 

 

 
   
 
   

Sue McManus

Sue teaches Pre-School Ballet and Jazz. Sue trained with the Parry School of Dance studying Ballet, Jazz and Tap. She also taught and choreographed for the Parry School of Dance. In 1988 Sue performed in dance troupes overseas touring Korea and Japan.

 

 

 
   
 
    Simone Stark BA, PICP

Simone is a fully certified Pilates Instructor having trained at the Pilates International Training Centre. She specialises in strength and stability for the dancer assisting them to improve their performance and prevent injury. Simones adult mat work classes are inspiring and gives the body a complete workout.
